- The goods must be intact and complete with the original packaging.
- Shoes must not have been worn or washed.

Return Process:

2. Carefully pack the goods in their original packaging.
3. Return the goods using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except for size exchanges.
4. Once the returned goods are received, an inspection and verification will be conducted.
5. Once the integrity of the goods is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund using the original payment method.

Important Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse the return if the goods do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
- The refund will be processed within 3 (three) business days of receiving and verifying the returned goods and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
